What the hell is wrong with me?

According to doctors, I’ve been experiencing anxiety spasms inside my chest. Around the area of breastbone I feel tightness, pressure, stretching feeling alongside the pain. What’s important, these incredibly disturbing symptoms never go away, I’m always suffering, 24/7 hours, 7 days a week. Those could be light, or in most cases – severe. To add, these symptoms somehow change when I change my position. For example, If I lean back or lye down with 30 degree I feel so much discomfort than I do when seated. Sometimes I feel as if I’m out of breath, and because of that I take many deep breaths, then the symptoms get worse and I start unusual numbers of yawning. Almost every day I wake up of yawning every 30 seconds and I feel horrible in my chest because of it. Not only these, constant throat clearing is bothering me too, which also worsens the symptoms (Some kind of liquid from my nose comes down my throat feeling its stuck there and I do throat clearing, maybe not always, but frequently). One night in bed, I felt so much horrible in my chest that I almost had a panic attack and I tried to calm myself down as much as I could do. Same thing happened a couple of days ago. Sometimes symptoms do change. I’ve been suffering for more than 2 years now. Organ pathologies have been excluded by the doctors and tests I did: Spirometry, chest-Xray, Gastroscopy(Though I had some problems here, I’ve already been cured), hiatal hernia, heart changes, throat infections. Psychiatrist, Neuropathologist gave me the following and medicine: Fevarin(6 months), Xanax 0.5mg (2 months) Milgamma and Giachela. Man, no success, now they told me this isn’t anxiety-depression and there’s nothing they can do as they don’t understand my condition. Could there by anything else I haven’t mentioned above? Should I do some tests again? I really feel completely frightened because the doctors aren’t able to tell me what the hell is wrong with me and I truthfully cannot handle this anymore. What do you say?

This is my post I made a couple of months back: https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Undiagnosed-Symptoms/I-need-help-like-nothing-else-in-this-world/show/3015027

Checkout The Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome (UARS).
Many patients with UARS also have LPRD, or laryngopharyngeal reflux disease
Possible link to stress, among other factors.
Best wishes,

I have had episodes of pain in the center of my chest that feel like a "heart attack" - but it's not.  Found out I  have costochondritis flare-ups.  Check this link to see if it fits your condition.  I just take ibuprofen for a day or two to relieve the inflammation and then, I'm good.   Happens periodically.
