What this could be??? swollen gland in nick

I have a little swollen gland approximately 1 cm in diameter above the collarbone exactly at the last end of my neck and now has there for six months and it hurts sometimes, it also somehow soft ..

Moreover, another swollen gland have had appeared in my left hand above the elbow about two weeks ago, it was painful and have disappeared after three days.

Knowing that I have had suffered from weight loss although my weight is stable now and also have suffered from gastric pain and cant eat big amount of food and feel full after having small amount of any meal

Is this related by any mean to Crohn's disease? What would this could be?

I am not the best to diagnose these. The neck sounds like a swollen lymph, which means an aroused immune system. Strep commonly looks like this.

Immune problems frequently cause nausea.

Crohn's disease is an autoimmune disease that could cause the above, but you have not indicated any symptoms of crohn's.

If you go to a doctor, they will certainly be interested, but will first ask that you get a blood test for ESR, lymphocytes, and a strep culture.

If you have many of these nodes, it could indicate disseminated cancer so they ask for sonograms to discount this.

Lymph nodes usually don't mean any specific illness, but relate to many.
