When I bend my head forward (chin to chest) I feel a numbness in my butt

Hi all!

I had posted something in Men's health related to this issue last week but now that it seems to becoming a little more clear that it's not a men's health thing and a general health thing I thought I'd post here.

My general question is this: When I touch my chin to my chest I feel a very quick numbness in my lower right butt cheek near the Ischial tuberosity. It only lasts for a quick minute and then goes away. I have cervical stenosis but not a lot of symptoms in my arms. Does it mean that just because my neck motion brings this on that the source of the issue exists in my neck or could it simply be that stretching my neck forward is really stretching a muscles or nerve that is then causing the problem?

Thanks in advance for your help!
