Why do I black out for 2-12 hours once a year? I am DESPARATE!!!

For the last 5 years, I have been passing out about once a year for anywhere from 2-12 hours.  I am told my legs do not respond to stimuli and I remember little if anything abouta these episodes.  My speech and my movements are also erratic.  My husband is my memory.  I have had ER docs, primary, cardio, pain management, and neuros run tests.  I cannot have a MRI because of the spinal cord stimulators.  The only things that have ever shown abnormal was last summer when EMS picked me up and I am told I stayed in A-fib even after I got to the ER and my legs were unresponsive.  Since Februaryly 13, I have had 2-3 events each day hat were very short and I remember having those episodes. On March 10, I had another long event, went to trauma ER, BP vey high, then in 15 minutes, very low.  Nothing showed on CT so I was sent home with a diagnosis of extreme sleepiness.  I must admit I felt insulted.
