Why do I keep blanking out?

I've been blanking out, I have no idea why. I blanked out about 3 times this week. It's not like a normal blank out, I remember everything but my body goes completely numb and everything goes black. It usually last for less than a minute. I never had any health problems beside a couple of common infection (like reoccurring UTI and ear infections) I have a couple diagnosed mental illness (ptsd and severe anxiety) I also just lost my mother last month and it makes my anxiety worse. I don't take any medication besides birth control. I don't want to go to the doctor because of covid 19

Hi, my advice is go to the doctor, your health is priority.
It could be due to high emotional stress due to the fact you mentioned you have lost your mum and many other factors.
Sorry for your loss .
You also mentioned you have recurring ear infections you might want to get that infection treated right away as ear infections not treated promptly can cause life threatening complications, like mastoiditis which is an infection that has spread to the mastoid bone which could lead to meningitis, brain abscesses which is dangerous .
Please get treatment Otherwise you might have a treat to your health worser then coronavirus.
