Why do I randomly faint around the same time of year?

Every year since 2016, I faint on my spring break. It happens yearly since then, and have been the only times I've fainted. In 2016 and 2017, I could hear my family speak to me, but my eyesight would be full on Black. This year, I couldn't hear or see anything until I finally woke for the faint. I am a young teenager, so this is very wierd for me.
