Why do my legs feel weak like they’re gonna give out when I take a shower?

For the last two years my legs felt extremely weak in the shower and I would have to sit down because of how much they hurt while standing.

I never have this issue outside of a shower and I never said anything about it because it wasn’t a big deal. However... the other day I was taking a shower and all of a sudden my legs gave out causing me to fall down and I bruised my right knee really badly.

After my shower they still feel kinda weak but has this uncomfortable tingly feeling. Does anyone know why or what this is?
