Why the Blackout episodes, constant dizziness & nausea?

Hi
I am a 27 year old female.  In the past 5 years I have had 6 episodes (4 in the middle of sleeping) where I get extremely nauseous and dizzy and I end up losing consciousness for a few seconds followed by convulsions.  My boyfriend also thinks that I stop breathing when this happens because when I come to, I gasp for air.  On top of all this for the past year I have had constant nausea, dizziness, blurry vision, lightheadedness, etc, etc, etc (some days worse than others).  Ive been to many doctors including ENTs and a neurologist, ive had a normal looking MRI.  Nobody has ANY clue what is wrong with me.....does any one have any suggestions? ideas? advice?
Im desperate! Thank you.

Hi,

It is important to consider the possibility of epilepsy. I would suggest you to undergo an EEG exam to confirm the diagnosis of epilepsy.
Another possibility that can be considered is migraine. Migraine can cause lightheadedness, blurry vision and black outs.

Hope this helps!
