Could you be more descriptive? ....
When did it start?
How long do they stay, reappear, ...?
Color of bump?
Color of fluid inside?
Size of bump?

If its definitely not razor burn, could they be ingrown hairs(swell, reddish) possible acne? I would recommend an STD test but it could also be a number of other things so son't freak out.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Recurrent boils are seen in a skin disease called Hidradenitis suppurativa, which presents as recurrent boil-like pus-like discharge abscesses resulting in difficult-to-heal open wounds and scarring. It can also be due to staphylococcal skin infections. A culture sensitivity of the pus can tell which antibiotic will best help eradicate the infection.
If your blood sugar is high as in diabetes, then too you can get recurrent boils. It can also be STD but less likely.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do consult your doctor preferably a skin specialist. Take care!

I am guessing you haven't had this problem for long, and it's only when you shave completely that this happens. If this is true, it's a natural thing for some people. Not only do these bumps pop up, but your lymph nodes can swell a little. The doctor said it's not a good thing, but it's not a terrible thing either.

After you find out if I am right then it's all about your choice. If you decide putting up with the bumps and possible lymph nodes being swollen are okay, then......okay LOL. I don't shave all the time, but I try to do it every once in a while for my wife and I am not to bothered by it. I just don't keep it shaved all the time. If you stay shaved all the time, then you will be bothered by the bumps and possible lymph nodes being swollen.

However, even though I think I am right about this, I am not a doctor and you should always get checked by a doctor just in case. Doctors are paid to be professional and you can always ask for a female doctor if you are more comfortable that way. Please keep us posted, I am curious to know because my guess is the only thing I know of.
