abdominal pain, lower back pains, and feeling bloated

ok so here lately i have been having lower back pains that feels like i might have a kidney infection or something. i usually have a little bit of a stomachache most of the day along with feeling bloated, but more so in the lower abdomen, nothing like feeling full. when i push down on my stomach it doesnt really hurt unless i push sorta hard and then it kinda feels uncomfortable. for some reason it feels like i have to defecate but i cant. im not constipated as far as i know but i probably dont have as many bowel movements as i should. i have been trying to come up with possible causes for my symptoms to narrow down what could be wrong. im in no way in dire pain or anything like that but my uncle was diagnosed with colon cancer at an early age somewhere around 16-20 and i am currently 21 years old. whats odd is, after i defecate my lower back pains and stomachache either comes back or gets worse.
all of my symptoms- bloated most of the day, small abdominal pains, small stomachaches, mucus in stools, lower back pains, and maybe a little constipated
any opinions on what could be wrong are well appreciated and i realize that i would need to see a doctor to determine whats wrong. i guess my main question is, should i be worried and go see a doctor even if i dont have insurance?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Other than IBS or spastic colon you could be suffering from Celiac Disease/Ulcerative Colitis/ Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, diabetes, food intolerance, malabsorption syndromes, constipation, gallbladder and liver problems, pancreatic dysfunction, or taking a diet rich in sulfites. Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!
