The problem could be "Hermatospermia"

Nothing to worry about I have had it as well, comes from tiny blood vessels within the penis that are easily broken. However keep a watch on it as if you develope a hard nodule in your testical it could be serious, and I suggest if that happens you get to medical help right away.

Pain in one or both testicles can be due to inflammation (swelling).  This is called Orchitis.  It can be through bacterial or viral infections and sometimes by some STD.

Bleeding coming from the penis whether this is with the urine or with the semen needs a doctor's attention.

Blood can be from a urinary tract infection or a problem with your prostate.

If your insurance will "kick" in very soon, monitor your symptoms and write it all down and make an appointment as soon as you can to get checked out.

Best wishes.

How much "stroking" and how vigorous? I mean, one or two little shakes/pulls is fine but anything more than that you are doing harm. It is also much easier to just urinate right after ejaculating to expel the rest of the contents and if it has a tendency to go everywhere just sit down and pee for the first time after ejaculating.

Also, how long has the blood and pain in the testicle been going on? How old are you? Are you sexually active? Did the pain and blood start happening after you started masterbating? How much blood? Please answer these and it will be easier for me to steer you in the right direction. Thanks.
