Well my whole life iv been completely healthy then last February I got a sinus infection and was given augmentin and nasal spray and once I was better I started feeling dizzy occasionally and almost fainting then it stopped for 3 months and just recently it started again today it happened but it was slightly different my ears were ringing and vision was blurry and slightly dizzy and usually my heart races and I sweat I been to two doctors both said it was nothing and the er took full blood test and EKG and both were good and told me I had syncope and discharged me leaving me with no answers any related causes that could shed some light on this situation?

An inner ear infection can cause vertigo (fainting), which may have started from a sinus infection. Might want to talk to a Ear/ Nose and Throat specialist that your doctor can refer you to.

you could have vertigo which is an inner ear infection that can cause all the systomps that you have you should have your doctor check your ear to see if that is what you have
