Hi,

I suggest that you take an antireflux , antinausea combination for a few days - a combination of esmoprazole/ pantoprazole with domperidone would be good. You should also take an antacid gel two - three times daily.

Try to avoid fried, spicy, processed foods. Eat fruits, vegetables and plan your diet thoughfully.

These measures would help with your symptoms to some extent.

You could also take some calcium supplements and multi-vitamins.

It would still help to reconsult with a gastroenterologist for a complete clinical exammination.

Let us know if you need any further information nad post us about how you are doing.

Regards.

Hi,

What is your age? Have you consulted a physician since you are having the symptoms for the last 15 months?

It would be best to consult your doctor and get a proper clinical examination done - there could be several causes for your symptoms. You should rule out Gastroesophageal reflux disease, hiatus hernia or weakness of the sphincter.

Do you smoke or have excess of caffeine in a day? these may also cause these symptoms.

Treatment in nearly all these cases is similar and involves specific antacid measures and diet control. Your doctor can prescribe you the best treatment according to your condition.
