black spots on m.r.i

I had an MRI done a couple years ago that and I've been to 3 doctors that can't explain to me what the black spots are on the right side of my brain.  I have had migranes and headaches for over 15 years.  All 3 said they didn't think it was anything to worry about, but couldn't explain exactly what it is.  Other than one said it could be where I have had so many headaches and migranes that it has possible killed some cells?! Any suggestions and should I have another one done to see if they have gotten worse.

Impression data on report is the only way to get info. Hdaches
can be from neck/spasms/allergies/inflamm/organ dysfunction.
You have 8 lobes in your brain & disks in C-spine can cause
hdaches. Call ofc for a copy or call place that did imaging
then post 'impression'. Your head has many vascular spots. Why
not get copy w/ info & go to reg. MD? Neuro's tend to push-off
hdache-help especially on women. Bloodwk may show an imbalance
somewhere that's no where near your skull. A Sed+CRP may show
vascular inflamm. to validate your pain.

I had a set done with and without dye. I've been to three doctors because no one could seem to answer my questions.  I am very forgetful and when I get a bad headache/migrane I get real sleepy. I was taking Topamax?(I think) and have tried Relafan. Nothing was helping.  So I stopped taking everything and haven't been to a doctor in about 7-8 months.

Yes, I've seen 3 neurologists in the past 3-4 years.  No one can explain the dark spots.

I tried to explain. You need to get copies of reports & read
the impression. Sometimes report will say specks & that's all
they are from cell-firing from migraines. Only 'for sure' way to
know is have them biopsied. Doubt you'll do that. It depends
on what part of mri it shows up/was dye used/reason for mri/
any other neuro symtoms. You can get vascular bleeds & they will
scar/seal. It's called ischemic stroke. You don't know when/how
just that it showed up on test. I have a large one on film. I
never felt it so they assumed it was caused by severe stressful
year I had 10 years ago. It's just dead cells. What is your
situation? 3 neuro's sound like you have something specific.
Did you have 3 MRI's? Wish you well soon.

Get copy of report & read impression. Not sure if you saw the
dots/specks on the film & you're asking abt what they are.
The dead cells from multiple migraines can be an answer. The
reason for dark, is that maybe they didn't 'highlight' on
the T2 check of mri or maybe didn't use contrast. Many variables
to an mri reading.
