Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since the blister comes after itching—it has to be related to some allergy—like contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, dermatitis herpetiformis. It can also be a psoriatic patch.
You have to consult a skin specialist and try and find the cause.
Sometimes just clinical examination is enough. At other times a biopsy may be needed. Also, the blister can be a venous ulcer that becomes prominent when you stand up.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
