bloating stomache after eating feeling full up all the time

I have had my stomache bloating out after eating for several weeks now, sometimes after eating a mouthful I fill full up and cannot eat as much as i use to therefore I have lost 10lb in weight over the last couple of weeks, my stomache is uncomftable, I am also having sweats and feeling very tired all the time. I am not sure if this is a completely different sympton to this but I have also been coughing up brown phlem for some months now.

Hi many thanks for your reply,  I have now seen my doctor been examined and have had blood tests, I am now waiting for a scan on my stomache as he is also a bit concerned, but I am not panicking as this may be just a blockage and nothing else.

The women flossie6 is suffering from sweats (possible fever), fatigue, coughing up brown phlem and mild stomach upset and you tell her she could have an inflammatory bowel condition. I think you need to read the post again. She should see her family doctor first for possible infection related to the brown mucus. As a doctor I am sure you know what brown mucus is caused from. My son has had this many times when he has had a severe infection of either his sinuses or chest. This also causes coughing. You are going to scare this women rather than help her.

If you have a lot of drainage this could cause your stomach to become upset. If you have acid reflux this could give you a sinus infection that has turned into a bad infection. All the coughing you do could also cause stomach upset. You should definitely see the doctor and be checked for an infection. Possible sinus infection, bronchitis, and pneumonia. You have let this go to long.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You could be suffering from an inflammatory bowel condition such as Celiac Disease/Ulcerative Colitis/Irritable Bowel Syndrome/ Crohn’s disease. Parasites in the gut like threadworm, tape worm, giardiasis etc can behave this way. Hence a stool test is a must. Problems of gall bladder and liver or that of pancreas too cannot be ignored.
I would strongly recommend you to see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system). Maybe your physician can recommend someone.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Brown Phlem is a sign of an infection with blood. Instead of green it turns brown because of the blood. I think you should go to the doctor and make sure you don't have something serious going on like walking pneumonia or a sinus infection.
