Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Normally simple blood tests results like hemogram, total cell count, complete blood checkup, blood sugar, electrolytes etc are available the same day. Some times the tests are done and the report not uploaded on the computer due to technical delays. So if you do not get them by tomorrow, yes, definitely follow this up.
Hope this helps. Take care!
Hi there,White blood cell count is standard procedure with infection,if your white blood cell count is elevated it means there is infection or virus that the body is fighting. Standard blood tests should take 1-3 days for results, maybe just ring your doctor and check up.He may have forgotten to call
no sometimes lab test take longer then others. Sometimes your doctor may need to send your test out to a specialty lab if they are trying to rule out a condition.
