hi im a 24 year old female and a mother of a 1 year old. for a long time when i wake up i find some bruises on my upper inner thigh or around my thighs while sleeping, and every once in a while i find new ones. today i noticed one on my thigh its color is bluish purple and a very small one on my knee which is red. these kind of bruises i only get during sleeping. i never checked with a doctor as i thought that this may be a normal thing, i usually do blood test for regular check ups. the last blood test o got was 3 weeks ago as i was sick and no one mentioned anything wrong with me. so what could this be? i've been getting these bruises for more than 3 years.
ti would really appreciate your help

If you get bruise while sleeping only and they are in areas that are pressed while sleeping, then you could be having pressure urticaria. Any pressure, scratch etc results in hives or bruises. Keep your skin well hydrated, drink plenty of fluids, eat citrus fruits, and use a good moisturizer. Consult a skin specialist.
