burning groin - streptococcal dermatitis?

Hello,  I've been having an ongoing problem that seems to only get worse.   Was in Nevda last year and went to a brothel for the 1st and last time in my life.  I received protected fellatio.  The csw was very forcefull and pulled the condom halfway off during the event with her hand.  She put it back on and finished.  3 days later I felt a tingling on my scrotum.  At the time is attributed it to paranoia and put it out of my mind.  Then about 7 days after the incident I noticed small bumps on my shaft.  They were really only noticable when errect.  3 weeks later there was a bit more tingling and a few more little bumps.   3 more weeks pass and my scrotum turns red and irritated and starts to burn.   the burning continues and spreads in the folds of my skin (thighs).  my entire scrotum and penis burn.    My arms, chest, back and face have broken out. And my throat is sore with little bumps and there is a whitish coating on my tounge. This has been going on for months.  And the pain has been excruciating.

I've been tested for all STDs and all negative.  Been treated for fungal/yeast.  As well as a few different antibiotics to no avail.  Creams have made it worse.  I've tried just about everything I can think of.

Could this possibly be streptococcal dermatitis?

I have read that SD is often misdiagnosed for long periods and patients are subjected to treatments for a variety of differential diagnoses without success. Patients can be asymptomatic for bacterial infections.  I've also read that it's been passed via fellatio "group A beta-eaemolytic streptococcal pyroderma"

I know that this is an infection of some sort.  I just don't know what.  And no doctors have been able to figure it out thus far.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Thank you

Hello,

Since investigations have ruled out most of the sexually transmitted infections, hence they are unlikely. It looks like infection by streptococcal pyogenes. Streptococcus pyogenes is a cause of pharyngitis and impetigo. But it can also cause scrotal and penile cellulitis following the invasion of S. pyogenes through a traumatic abrasion acquired during fellatio performed by commercial sex workers.Treatment is by oral antibiotics like penicillin.

I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist and get yourself evaluated for this.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how your husband is doing or if you have any additional queries.
