buzzing in ears

I have buzzing in ears without any hearing loss. The buzzing gets worse as I drive my car. Also, after taking shower buzzing seems to go away for short time. Also, if I rub my under the ear area, it give me short relief. I'm at loss if it's some sort of congestion/sinus. Went to ENT, and he didn't find anything. Anyone has any clue?

hello there
this buzzing sound is nothing but tinnitus. in this u will hear a high frequency noise in your ears which is not there in the environment. such sounds are more dominant in sound proof places like car, bedroom or anywhere where no or less sound is present in the environment this is so because in other places other sounds mask this tinnitus sound. tinnitus is not a single disease, but a symptom of an underlying condition..... to get rid of this u must visit an audiologist
I hope this information helps u
