can anyone help need answers!! Ongoing symptoms

Please read and comment if anyone can relate to or know possibilities of what is wrong with me.

I'm nearly 22 female eat quite healthy, average build, 5.3 tall and 10 stone 7 weight, active full time nursery nurse.

End of last year started with lower abdominal pains and lower back / hip pains going round that comes and goes varying from mild to extreme, can go days I being fine and suddenly really I'll.
I also usually get a high temperature when the pain kicks off, extreme tiredness, stools vary from very dark and hard to very dark black greeny colour and soft sometimes runny and mucus most of the time when the pain occurs, quite normal when pain isn't kicking off. Also pain/ funny feeling in pelvic bone area when pressed and I get shooting pains in colon area, find it hard to go toilet when the pain also kicks off and shooting pains pressure feeling in colon is really bad when on period.

This continued coming back for months, admitted to hospital, ultrasound scan showed nothing, smear and exam fine, colonscopy and tissue taken fine, took appendix out as precaution that turned out to be fine, had camera inside stomach when removing that and that was fine.
The only things that have been found was high crp level meaning high inflammation levels in my blood, and white blood cells and electrolytes in urine, had lots of antibiotics but no change, had ibs tablets and antispasmodic tablets they didn't seem to help.

This all suddenly stopped for around 2 to 3 months and now it's slowly but surely made a come back and symptoms are getting worse and worse inflammation levels high again and white blood cells and electrolytes in urine again but still no explanation all symptoms exactly the same and same things happen every time the pain kicks off all the other symptoms come but still comes and goes but comes often.

Waiting on gastroenterology to see me but this isn't till end of June, it's affecting my work and starting to
Make me very down and depressed and it's very stressful.

If anyone can relate to or have any idea no matter how small please comment

Thank you xxx

Please keep in mind that this is just my opinion and a gastroenterology is the best person to rule this out. Here is a list of some of the test that they might perform.

A physical examination may reveal an abdominal mass or tenderness, skin rash, swollen joints, or mouth ulcers.

Barium enema or upper GI series
Colonoscopy or sigmoidoscopy
Computed tomography (CT scan) of the abdomen
Endoscopy, including capsule endoscopy
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the abdomen
Enteroscopy
A stool culture may be done to rule out other possible causes of the symptoms.

This disease may also alter the results of the following tests:

Albumin
C-reactive protein
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate
Fecal fat
Hemoglobin
Liver function tests
White blood cell count

I wish you the best and hope you find your answer.

My symptoms sound very similar to crohns however I go through period of loosing weight but only small amounts not drastically and periods where the weight comes back on, I also never have a problem eating food even when I'm ill unless I have sickness like today then obviously I don't feel like food but generally fine with eating, most days I actually feel hungry a lot more than I would say average really.

This is also somthing I have been looking into as my friend has this, however it can be worse during my periods but sometimes can attack me with no link to them, for example today I'm one of sickest I've been so far with it and my period stopped well over a week and half ago.
I also get a lot of ulsers on my tongue when this thing flares up tiny white pin pricks but sore, and today I feel very shakey weak and a lot of muscle pains can hardly move my legs - this hasn't happened before but all other symptoms are my usual but geting a lot worse each time it attacks  me , thanks for the response.

Is it generally related to your period?  Endometriosis can cause extremely severe symptoms, including back pain, leg pain, pelvic pain, GI symptoms, bladder symptoms, etc. The problem with endometriosis is that it can be very hard to diagnose. It generally takes a laparoscopy to diagnose it. Endometriosis is caused by endometrial tissue - tissue from the lining of the uterus - that backs up and gets out into the abdomen - and implants itself on various tissue. It "takes root" if you will, and survives, but as your period arrives the tissue expands and irritates whatever tissue to which it is attached. I even had a patient who had a lump in her abdominal wall which expanded and hurt whenever she had her period.  I diagnosed it as an "endometrioma" which the surgeon doubted - but when he operated on her, that is exactly what he found. This was a piece of endometrial tissue that worked itself right through the muscle wall of the abdomen!  If your symptoms seem related to your periods at all, it will be important to keep a diary of all of your symptoms, as well as your menstrual cycle.

Thanks for the response, I do believe I have similar symptoms and have been looking into this but the doctors have never mentioned as a possibility, I don't think I have been tested do you know how this is done? Thanks

I don't know if you have been tested for this or not, but your symptoms sound like Crohn's Disease to me. If you have been tested and it came back negative  then I am happy in that regards for you. If you have not been tested, then look up the condition to see if the symptoms sound familiar.
