You may have something wrong with your back or your neck. There is a picture on my profile of a nerve conduction chart that may be helpful for you. It would explain the pain and if you are in pain while sleeping even though you don't realize it your body is awake not allowing you to get the proper type of rest you need. I would suggest asking your dr to do a mri of your upper back/neck area. Best wishes, Sissie

Believe it or not, but it could be depression. The fact that you are spending a lot of your time sleeping and unable to get up, either due to pain or just no energy, are symptoms of depression. It does hurt physically. Just a thought.
