chest pain,dizziness

For a month now I have been treated for a sinus infection I am on a 2nd antibotic. I have had chest pain for a month now. I have had 2 EKG's and a CT brain scan and chest xrays and blood work done all the results have come back normal. I get tired easily I am 43 yrs old 150 pounds never had smoke or drank. 2 years ago when I asked my doctor why Im so tired he replied it is the start of premenopause. The fatigue has increased lately I nap almost every day when I can. Im concerned with the chest pain and wondering if anyone has ideas or suggestions? any help would be appreciated.

Describe the chest pain, is it like pressure? Kinda like somethings sitting on ur chest and causing discomfort/pain. Does it hurt to take a deep breath? I had all the symptoms u described minus the sinus infection but my chest pain I had on and off since child hood. I was always told it was stress, anxiety and even gas(which can cause chest pain). Every ekg I had was normal and still is today I never knew I had heart trouble until I woke up in the ER from a fainting spell I had, a few months later I got a pacemaker and I'm 37! I've had nothing but trouble with it but it may be actually starting to do its job on pacing my heart; we'll see I guess. But don't ignore your heart because tests are coming back normal. Check ur bp & heart rate regularly! Keep a journal of it so u can see if there's changes pay attention to ur heart rate!! I never did I figured if my bp was good then my heart rate was too but I didn't know 60-100 is the desireable heart rate, if urs reads below 60 let ur doctor know.

Sorry I hit wrong button, lol I'm a newbie.  Anyway, I went to a.doctor several years ago and I told him I thought I had thyroid problems and when my blood work came back at a normal level, he told me I was depressed.  I kept having problems that sounded just like thyroid problems. I was very tired, hair falling out, I retained fluid, dry skin and whole body aches and pains.  I decided to go to another doctor and he diagnosed me with Hashimotos thyroiditis.  He did a blood test to check my thyroid antibodies.  Most doctors just do TSH and T3 & T4.  The kind of thyroid problems I have are autoimmune, meaning my.thyroid is attacking itself. I still get frustrated when doctors don't think outside the box and assume if they can't find anything, then you are automatically depressed.  Hope you find answers soon!
