Sensitive stomach, unintentional weight loss

Two months ago I felt weak after I got out of a shower and fainted. Three weeks ago I fainted again. I went to the ER where they performed numerous tests (just not a CAT scan or MRI) to find that I just fainted due to being in the same position for an extended period of time which I'm not sure I believe. Around the same time my stomach began to feel bloated even though it did not grow, and felt sensitive to the touch. Also my normally healthy appetite has been lost, and the thought of foods that I normally LOVE make me nauseated. I didn't mention it at the ER because the symptoms were new and I thought it was a strange stomach ache from nervousness so I didn't mention it. It's been almost a month and I just had my menstrual cycle, so I thought it could have been PMS, however I just finished it and feel all the same symptoms I had before. My stomach has been constantly growling even after I have eaten, and I have been passing gas, which helps my stomach feel a little better, but not completely and I have not been constipated. I'm 22 years old 5'4" and usually weigh 125, however it's gone down to 115 without exercise. My sensitive stomach and appetite loss make me nervous. Do you recognize any of these symptoms?  What could it be?

I suggest you go see a Gastro  Intestinal Dr. I have been having some similar symptoms..i get real bloated and my stomach always growls...i can't eat very well and if i do i get sick...i made an appt. with the gastro dr. they could tell you more about whats going on. They would probably maybe would need to put a scope down your throat and check your stomach and what not just to make sure everything looks okay in there or if not find the problem..and possibly order you some gallbladder tests?

its best you go back to the hospital and tell them of all your symptoms. If you are not eating as normally as before, this could explain your weight loss.Your symptoms also point to pregnancy(if u had unprotected sex) altough thats had to tell since you had your periods. Its still possible to be pregnant and bleed so i would advice you to take a pregnancy test to rule that one out.

I would suggest you could have gallbladder problems, except you didn't mention any pain. I happen to know, that is pretty painful. I do have another suggestion, have you had your blood sugars checked? you may have low/high blood sugars.
