chronic fatigue syndrome?...or is it

I am a 24 year old female who has been a soccer player & active person all my life. My senior year of high school 4 some unexplained reason i was having the best cross country season ever nothing had changed in my training. Suddenly I developed some cold/flu symptoms that then developed into overwhelming fatigue. I missed school for about four months, low grade temp. entire time, extremely painful body aches especially my neck, and muscle fatigue to the extent that my lungs felt sticky, and it took extra effort to take a deep breath. The last 6 years i have deal with reoccuring bouts of this. I have had more tests then i can count, mono about 20 times. last time i was very sick my Igg antibodies were very elevated for ebstein barr but Iga was normal(I have never tested possitive for mono, they thought maybe CMV). I have tested very possitive on a tilt table test.  I am hypoglycemic as well. these are the mose concrete results that i have. all meds started after i got sick. I take orthotricyclen,adderall(20mg 1-3x/day),cymbalta(60mg,most recent addition which has helped with physical pain, but subdues the adderall, and then gives me insomnia so bad that i have to eat sugar to force my body to be hypoglycimic so that i can sleep, i know it's bad),today i started back on midodrine(10mg 3x/day because at my summer job at target I couldnt tolerate all of the squatting to standing activities without blacking out. I have had excellent medical care, but I can't help but wonder if something has been missed. Do u have any suggestions of a next step? i would love to feel better. thanks! :)

I would recomend the tilt test it is very simple I had one done
two months ago I had similar syptoms and my doctor put me on
fludrocortisone for the dizziness due to a drop in blood pressure.  Since you said your blood pressure is already low
this might be the problem.
