MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Imaging the brain can be considered to exclude a central neurologic disease, like a mass or bleed.  I would discuss these symptoms in consultation with a neurologist.

The chest pain should be evaluated for both pulmonary and cardiac diseases.  An echocardiogram can image the heart, and chest imaging can be done to exclude a blood clot, which can lead to the chest pain.

Other conditions to consider would be rheumatologic diseases like fibromyalgia.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Follow up with your personal physician is essential.

im so sorry that you are having the constant headache..  its the worst thing in the world.  i dont know how you have gone 2 years.  i have had this for a while now and i swear to god every minute that passes with this constant stabbing on the left side of my head makes me want to go insane!

i cant compare it to the endometriosis pain but what makes it bad is that its CONSTANT!  which makes it worse.  i cant think, i cant sleep, i can barely hold a conversation.  my life was starting to look up, finally in my last year of college, i have been struggling and working my way through and now this happens.  i have no family support (family resents me for reporting abuse).  i cant let my life crumble now, not when its just starting.  im just a year away from becoming a teacher :(

im 26, 155lbs, female, stephenjohsons syndrom reaction to sulfa, serum cholinasterase defficiency. Do not drink ever.   Cannot take ssri/ssnri due to manic reaction. No meds except klonopin .25mg/night to relieve jawclenching/grinding. Occasional lortab for endometriosis pain. Dislike medicine due to sensativity tendency.

recently got student health insurance for emergency use. I do not feel my dr is taking me seriously, too busy with interns & always tries to end visit before I can explain everything. The chronic headache is ruining my life. failing in my classes, i do not sleep, i have become depressed.

What could be doing this to me?  How do I get my dr to take me seriously?
i feel like even one more day of the non-stop headache is too much.  i feel very desperate.
