constant nausea/dizziness HELP!

hi, i'm currently experiencing nausea almost all the time. just the thought of eating makes me feel sick. I haven't thrown up at all though. after the nausea passes i get really dizzy and can't seem to calm it down. then after the  dizziness fades the nausea comes back. this has been happening at least 4 times a day for the last 3 weeks. i've recently began to have mild headaches around the time that i begin to be nauseous. my head has also been foggy for a couple of weeks. it seems like nothing i do can make me feel better  I had some what felt like horrible cramps last week but i'm not due for my period until next week. which is extremely odd because i never have cramps until the day before my period... PLEASE HELP!

I took a pregnancy test last week and it was negative. i don't know if it was to soon to take one or not. The test was quite old i might add. not expired but it was one that my cousin had gotten when she found out she was pregnant back in sept. could it had been faulty? or was it just to soon to know? also today and yesterday my breasts have been kind of tender.. not horribly sore but more sensitive than normal. could this be cause i'm supposed to start my period by the 10th? my breasts have never hurt like this before a period before.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms can be due to pregnancy, polycystic ovary, severe acidity with gastric reflux, cervical spondylitis, internal ear problems or due to electrolyte imbalance.
Take a blood pregnancy test for confirmation as you have not yet reached your period date. Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks and spicy food.
Consult your PCP to rule out these causes one by one. Take care!

Sometimes you can get horrible cramps if a cyst bursts or a with a torqued cyst (not saying that's what happened).  If you think pregnancy is a possibility, definitely see an ob/gyn doctor.

If there's no possible way you could be pregnant, you still need to see your doctor with those symptoms.  They may want to refer you to a neurologist regarding the headaches, dizziness, nausea, and foggy brain.  They may want to do a brain scan.  Also, they may want you to see a GI doctor to see if you might have acid reflux or something else causing the nausea.

you could be pregnant.. it sounds very similar to how i felt when i was pregnant. if your period starts then call a doctor but dont completely disreguard the pregnancy part, many women still bleed during the pregnancy
