Hi there,
Sound to me like you just need to supplement with magnesium oil (rub on skin, transdermal absorption) (or tablets orally) and nascent iodine liquid with selenium tablets. Try that before you resign yourself to being diseased and needing toxic drugs and parts removed. : )

Other things that can help:
-drink more water
-take mineral drops with more trace elements and essential amino acids
-take vitamin B complex (high quality)
-take vitamin D3 up to 3,000 IU per day in winter and switch to sun in summer
-take Kill Oil (omega3 fatty acids) Krill is superior only becasue it has its own phospholipids that are necessary for absorption of omega 3's.
-take Salus liquid iron (Floradix) If you've had children and are menstruating you could be low on iron. Get a 'Serum Ferritin' test type blood test. It is  a more accurate picture of your iron status.

I used to always be cold while others were warm, have cold feet all night, cold hands always, I take only these supplements and I am always the perfect temperature. Actually taking these tools the body needs, I feel darn well great most of the time, I'm 47.

Take care, April

I was going to ask... do your hand/feet turn a purple-ish if you leave them dangling for too long?

Do your feet turn darker from socks?  what about your fingernail beds are they generally more purple than those around you?

Those are syptomatic of Raynaud's... has anyone in your family ever been diagnosed with that?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Cold peripheries or cold hands and feet can happen due to peripheral vascular disease or disorder of the circulatory system outside of the brain and heart. Other causes of cold extremities are hypothyroidism, eating disorders like anorexia, Addison’s disease, adrenal causes like pheochromocytoma, anemia, Buerger’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome and Raynaud’s disease. You will need some tests like treadmill test, color Doppler, angiography, ultrasonography and MRI (magnetic resonance imaging). Drugs like beta blockers which are used as antihypertensives can also cause cold extremities.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Hope this helpsTake care!
