fever every evening but in the morning everything is fine, what could this be?

I always get a fever and a severe headache every evening. Then every time  i wake up, i sweat so much then everything becomes normal. It's  like i only get sick in the evening but then in the morning everything's  fine. What could this be?

There are many possible causes of these symptoms, including a thyroid problem.  There are many other possible causes.  It's not normal and you should find out the cause with some lab work and discussing your symptoms with the doctor.  Don't forget to discuss any constipation or diarrhea, sinus pressure, nausea, food sensitivities, cold hands and feet, just any odd little symptoms you hate to bring up.  Particularly, what is the symptom you are saving for last when all your other problems have been cleared up?  Sometimes that's the symptom that's the key to figuring out a puzzle.
