I was making my bed and than all of a sudden I couldn't focus my eyes. The room was just spinning and then I felt nausea. It lasted for about 5 minutes and then I felt week for about another half an hour
Yikes! Did you discuss it with your PCP? What did he/she think? That really (to me) sounds like a neurological disorder of some kind.
To me this sounds like the beginning of a Migraine headache, seizure, or TIA. (A TIA is a "Transient Ischemic Attack" aka a mini stroke.)
I highly recommend you seek medical attention!
Any of these neurological conditions require treatment to prevent any permenant damage!
