garlic smell on hands

I have noticed a garlic smell on my hands in the last few weeks, I take levothyroxin for thyroid condition, the only medication I take.  I recently am having allergic reactions to food. My dr. has prescribed a epipen to use in case of emergency, since I had a bad reaction to something which we haven't pinpointed as of yet about 10 days ago.  I am beside myself trying to figure out what I am allergic to and why I'm suffering from so many different reactions to my system. I want to know if this garlic smell could also be a reaction to food, I have not ingested garlic at all in the last few weeks. Also, my throat has been swelling some after I eat, I have been on benadryl pretty much the last 10 days until I figure what it is that is causing all these things. 2 nights ago I went to dinner with friends , immediately after eating I felt so bloated , I hurt, within the next few hours, my neck started to hurt and I developed a migraine headache, finally I threw up and within an hour, my symptoms were gone. Do you know if this garlic smell could be an allergic reaction also??  I'd appreciate any advice,

You might try rubbing your hands on stainless steel, i.e. a kitchen sink. Some claim that this helps a lot, but it's only a band-aid, not a solution to the main issue, whatever that may be. I believe soap bar shapes of stainless steel can be purchased.

I recommend you see an allergist right away- throat swelling reminds me of a life-threatening anaphylactic reaction.  You need to get the trouble pin-pointed A.S.A.P.

With your neck hurting, the migraine you had, and especially if you have a fever too, I recommend you try to get spinal meningitis ruled out.

I can't explain the garlic smell on your hands.  I have a sibling who has had hands smell like hamburger meat before.  Curious.
