Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since you have temperature fluctuations the first things to be ruled out are thyroid disorders, adrenal gland problems, anemia, diabetes, hypoglycemia, liver diseases, low Vit B12, and vasovagal attacks.
Consult a doctor and discuss these possibilities. Low testosterone is another possibility. You will need tests to rule out all these causes.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!

Sound like to me it could be a thyroid or I say you may be having growth spirts.  Maybe it is just nothing, live and and stop thinking about how you feel so much.  It can drag you down.

Hello,
Welcome...Yea is it like you never know how to dress...or....you put it on...you take it off...on off...I have learned to carry a light jacket even when it is 95 out...I can have cold skin and be sweating at the same time.....in my case it was not because I am a woman or going through menopause, although both those are true and I'm done with the "change issue"...mine was due to body being thrown into "DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO" mode because of a toxic chemical long term exposure in which hypoxia was occuring and it caused the THYROID to go nuts...first.. hyper....then hypo   and back and forth....Have your TSH checked through a blood test....There is also other conditions that mimic these symptoms like Raynauds however that is usually reserved for those who are of my age frame or older...or....who have had other health issues....The thyroid being off can cause the pain as well as the temp things and this is just for your info....there is a condition called fibromyalgia and as well chronic fatigue that can mimic all these symptoms and more....We do understand and are here to listen as well as HUNT and PECK back....Have a wonderful Blessed Day!!!!    GOD BLESS!!!!      loimmarmar
