headache, nausea, dizzy, shaky

Four days ago I had a headache, started feeling slightly dizzy, noticed my hands were shaking, and felt a weak bought of nausea. These symptoms have not subsided. The shaky hands symptom has lessened but the nausea has gotten worse. I am also very very tired but figured that was from the barrometer dropping and it raining so much. (which would not be the cause of the others) I have no appitite and food seems to make this worse. I have not thrown up or anything of the sort but I feel like I should be hugging the toilet every moment. The headache is mainly in the right front on top, on my forehead, and above my ear. Someone help me feel better. I cant afford a doctor Im a college student with a crap job and no insurance.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
In all probability you had something that has not agreed with your system. Take an OTC lactobacillus preparation and yoghurt with your meals. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat light, do not stay hungry but eat simple things like toast, porridge, cereals, crackers etc. Take ORS. Take over the counter antacids and omeprazole tablet. It is also possible that you have a high blood pressure, or a low one, or have contacted hepatitis.  Watch out for a day or two with this treatment. Otherwise consult a doctor.
Hope this helps. Take care!
