headaches, dizziness,eye pain,fatigue

i am 30 year old female.i feel dizzy all the time,hav frequent headache which earlier used to get relieved by sleeping bt now i feel heaviness in the head all the time.i feel out of place many a times.i got acuity,intraoccular pressure and vision checked.all normal except 0.5 power .apart from that i hav generalized joint and muscle pains all the time,feel extremely fatigued,dont feel like doing anything.pain is there in neck and both shoulders and upper back..i thought it could be cervical problems bt at this age??i had undergone cholicystectomy(gall stones) 1 month back with no complications bt sometimes i hav acidity problems...got multiple problems.feeling helpless.please give ur advise.

thanks for your advice....1 month back i had undergone gall bladder surgery for stones during which all blood and urine tests were done.they appear to be normal expect ESR was slightly raised and alkaline phosphatase mildly elevated.Hb was normal....TSH was normal .can my problems be related to my eyesight .wat abt pain in joints and muscles which hav aggravated after pregnancy 11 months back.shall i get my arthritis profile and RA factor.i had preeclimsia and postpartam hypertension during pregnancy with postpartam depression and anxiety i.e 10 months back...for which i had taken antidepressant for 6 months.now medication is stopped since 2 months...can it b related to this by anyways??? can postpartam hypertension 10 months back cause some problems in my brain???aneurysm, tumor etc....I AM  Scared thinking all about this.....

Hello,

There are various possibilities for your symptoms.First of all anemia has to be ruled out as it can cause all the symptoms that you are having.Pls get HB and peripheral blood film done to rule it out. Important causes of dizziness include hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) or hypotension (low blood pressure) .Pls get yourself evaluated for that also.

Some other causes of dizziness are dehydration, infections,TIA,inner ear diseases,endocrine disorders like thyroid, adrenal glands, and pituitary gland disorders,anxiety and panic attacks,blood pressure medications,pain relievers and some antibiotics.Cervical spondolysis,vertebrobasilar insufficiency and carotid sinus syndrome can also cause dizziness.

I sincerely advise you to consult a physician/ENT surgeon and get these possibilities ruled out.Investigations like blood tests,blood sugar levels,CT scan head and neck and MRA may be needed to confirm the diagnosis.
