i have the same thing and it scares the **** out of me i feel dizzy when it happens to and im 28 and have to kids and i dont like freakin out in front of them u have any ideas what i can do and oh yeah i get chest pain also
I want to know if this feeling of nervousness in my chest and body tightness is doing any real damage? I feel nervous for no reason and sometimes can't completely relax my body. Is there damage being done to my heart? I'd rather not have to go on meds but worry that something bad could be brought on if I can't get this under control....

Just a thought. Have you ever been bitten by a tick. All this sounds familiar. I had a rash on my forearm for several years, until I was bitten by a tick and given antibiotic for that, then it went away... Oh, they found I had at one time, had Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever as there were anitbodies in my blood. Gotta watch those insect critters, some of them pack a punch. Good luck. ** in Va.
I sure was kinda glad to see that I am not alone in these annoying physical feelings I've been having the last several weeks. One evening I came home from babysitting my grandbaby (had a wonderful day) and I poured myself a glass of wine, then sat down at my computer to check emails. I had a palpitation, out of nowhere, but didn't think much of it since it happens occasionally. Then I had another "flutter" and the palpitations were happening like 6, 7, 8 times in less than a minute. No pain, but it's unsettling, for sure. My doctor's nurse said anxiety and stress can cause this, but if I continued to be bothered by it, to make an appointment to see my doctor. Well, can't get in to see her until another week. Meanwhile, although I'm not experiencing nearly as many palpitations, my chest, mostly the upper left side, feels "shaky" or like it's "quivering". Still, no pain, but this shakiness inside my chest is very unnerving. I wondered if it's from the Wellbutrin I began taking about 7-8 weeks ago (anti-anxiety med), but don't know why it would take that long for me to feel side effects like these in my chest. I'm going to gradually wean myself off the med and hope that will do the trick and I'll feel normal again. Again, it is comforting to know I'm not the only person having these symptoms, but I sure would like to have some answers as to WHY we're feeling these things.
