Oh my goodness... I think you should go to the emergency room. Sounds like severe burns. They can't refuse you treatment. This happened to my Aunt and she ended up in the hospital!! Prayers! Please post how you are doing.

In my opinion and I am a 44 year old born at the McCoy Airforce Base in Orlando, Florida... I have had hundreds of Sun burns but nothing as severe as what you're describing....but AS "Caryopteris" posted, that was very  good advice on what to do for home remedy...My main concern is this happened Monday ??? Make sure you drink plenty of fluids like  water/Gatorade, and take over the counter pain meds like Tylenol or ibuprophen for the pain But take as prescribed on the bottle...even if you have a local pharmacist that you can talk to about what you should be doing, taking for the burn. And how are you "Feeling"? any other symptoms like being sick, tired, Nausea, severe headache?? Those are other things to keep in check
Are you on any type of medication because we tend to forget about that combo and Florida's sun,... but for me-- I know exactly  what will cause a severe burn on MY BODY if I go out even with 100 SPF sunblock on It doesn't matter because Antibiotics can cause a severe burn, prescription pain meds certain kind can interact with the sun....so if you have currently been prescribed something, give that information to the pharmacy as well.... I mean this HAPPENED to you on Monday and it's now 3 days later something else could be wrong?? I would know the moment  I over did it by the time I got home from the Beach I would get in the shower and I would feel the pain, & the blisters would usually pop up the morning after??? So that is  my concern for you...

Please keep us updated on your prognosis and anything you find out Good luck and hope you feel better soon.....by the way are you or were you "visiting" Florida or have you lived here in Florida?? Just curious....
Again, feel better soon!!!!!!

Get aloe vera.  Do not pop the blisters if you can help it.  You can buy aloe or grow the plant very easily there in Florida.  I'll bet it's growing all around you.  It kind of looks like a yucca plant or agave, but it doesn't have sharp spikes.  If you don't know how to find one growing, just buy a bottle of 100% aloe vera, the clear kind if you can get it.

First wash your face with very cool water, as cool as you can get it.  You want to bring the skin temperature down, so take your time.  You could also use ice packs I guess, but either way, be very gentle and don't break the blisters.

After patting the skin dry, but while it is still cool, spread aloe vera over the burned areas very thickly, but don't get it so close to your eyes that it gets in your eyes.  I'm sure that would be uncomfortable at least.  But you want it very thick, like over 1/16 of an inch.  You are trying to keep the skin very cold.  Lie down with a fan blowing on the coated skin.  Have a blanket next to you because you may literally get very cold due to the burn messing with your internal thermostat, but you want the room very cool, like 73 degrees.

Once the burn starts the healing process, the pain will reduce, but you want to moisturize.  It will feel tight and then itchy.  Try to leave the skin alone for two days after itching starts, not scratching.  When it starts peeling it will look bad.  Probably better to way to slough it off after it has loosened better so you don't stretch your skin with lots of rubbing and scratching before it's ready to peel.
