Hello,
It surely sounds like Dercums disease. It is a rare disease characterized by multiple painful lipomas that arise in adult life. The fatty tumors are most often located on the trunk and limbs with sparing of the face and hands.MRI may help in diagnosis.Treatment consists of surgery like liposuction and medicines like Lurica, infliximab and methotrexate.I am passing you a link where you can get good information about the disease: http://www.dercumsociety.com/symptoms.html
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
