I suddenly feel very hot all over, weak & shaky while on my feet 1 or 2 mins. with even mild exertion. I will turn 60 in Cpl mos., am overweight, former smoker (quit over a yr. ago) blood pressure is under control as is thyroid (I Take meds for both). No dizziness.
It may be that you are over treating your hypertension. Also some of these symptoms could be hormonal related.

I am so sorry you are experiencing this. It sounds to me like a form of an anxiety attack. It can also be due to low blood sugar, are you eating enough? Are you drinking enough water?
If this continues, I think I would see a doctor, he/she can help with prescribing anti-anxiety drugs if you are having anxiety attacks.
