Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Long thread can be tapeworm or undigested fiber. Chronic constipation can be due to diet poor in roughage or fiber and also due to dehydration. A high roughage with low water too could be a cause.  Diabetes and hypothyroidism, colon disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, diverticular diseases, cancers, severe acidity etc can all cause constipation. It can also be due to milk allergy and other food allergies. Too many tape worms or round worms forming a bolus or ball could also be the cause.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Hope this helps. Take care!

For starts, you need to have a stool sample obtained and send to a lab so the organism can be properly identified.  Please see a physician as soon as possible to make this happen.

Hello taking  so many laxative is going to mess up your stomach , you should go to the doctor and get that checked out so they can kill it and take it out, or go to an herbal place and they can give you something to drink that will kill it and it will come out . Hope you can solve your problem.
