itch

what to do with an itching upper leg with no rash, no redness and Dr thinks I am just over reacting nothing helps changed soap, lotion but it is only in one spot.

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
An itch in a single spot could be due to contact dermatitis due to something coming in contact with that particular point.
The other possibility is that there is a blood clot in the vein underneath or a localized area of inflammation. A Doppler study can detect this.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.  Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

look on google for "natural itch remedies" or "itching home remedies".
could be some kind of allergy. pay attention to when the itch gets worse and if something triggered it.

if nothing helps, try meditation.
itch can be psychological.
