joint and swelling

I am a 39 year i droven on 8 roadtrip almost two weeks ago and It was just for the weekend and i drove the whole way. Since then i have been having burning in my arms and legs. I have pain in my joints too. I have face, and limb swelling and numbness too. I am unable to walk long distances and go up or down stairs. Its even hard for me to type this note to you today i had to lay down because of the muscle weaken. I went to Arkansas and was bitting my several mosquitos. I do not have a fever. I do have history of high blood pressure and migraine. should i go to the er?

For a joint pain associated with sore throat please get investigated for a rheumatic pathology or for reactive arthritis. Please consult a rheumatologist.

I did go to the er there was no much they could do but they think that with my symptoms that i may have lyme disease but not sure with out the results of the blood work. I am worried would a sore throat but included and i am having increase headache and joint pain which includes my face. they give me reglan for the pain and antiboditc for the bacteria

Yes, please go to an ER. This could be due to TIA or transient ischemic attack or due to high blood pressure. It could also be after effects of staying in a cramped position for too long. However please get investigated to be sure.
