knee pain
Really can't stick this pain much longer !! Having really bad pain in both knees can't walk up stairs or down hurts to bed or even sit someone help !!

That sounds serious. You should get your condition evaluated by a doctor soon. But for temporary relief ibuprofen and hot and cold treatment may be of some value.
Have you had an injury or do you suffer from arthritis?
Take pain relief as directed on the packet and apply a cold pack to both knees. Try and keep the legs elevated.
Make an appointment with your doctor so that he can refer you for xrays to see what is going on. It may be that the doctor will be able to see if you have fluid build up on the knees and this may need to be drained.

Hi the best thing to do is have a talk to your Family Doctor he/she should do there best to help ease your pain , it may come to surgery , Please take care , x
