bloody belly button discharge

when i was 6 years old iv'e had a skin randomly peal off of my belly button i have problems picking at it now because the center of the naval is so sensitive that it is to difficult to give it up yes it feels that good i use salt to num it so i dont need to pick at it for feeling and my abs have a line going straight up to my chest so i geuss im depleting in muscle and jelly water substance builds up  in bubble forms out o fmy pores when i get over temperature of my body heat and i now cannot get rid of the belly that looks like fat i could be  leak is sort of what it seems its jeloy like my pores are open and i sweat harder than usual when in the sun only walking or exercising in my house around my belly button is becoming pale sorta i m black so its white, my dangers are the sun causes pores to open forms bubbles into jelly water i pop them and sweat enough to fill cup at per minute if not careful enough, also i almost froze into ice cicle when i drank thebeer it got warm  for a sec but the i froze literally i was disable for 30 seconds but i moved to make heat and moved on, if you know anything about  where the bloody discharge comes from and the pain and what the belly button is connected to please comment.
