leg pain from walking

So I've had problems since I can remember.
She I was about 3 they stayed my hips and knees as I would cry in pain after kneeling or sitting with my legs in a basket. I don't remember the results, bar being told not to kneel or sit cross legged.

So here I am, 21 asking, what could be wrong.
After walking only a few hours my hips become sore, and I have to waddle just to get home. The pain in my left leg is especially bad running down into my shin making it agony.
Day after my calf muscles and hips are stiffand sore to the point ican nearly walk to the bathroom. It can last a week.

Also, admittedly I managed to dislocate my left hip over the years, most notably last January, where I did. More damaged than expected taking over a month to heal to no pain.

Just wishing for a bit of normality, should also say sex, sitting for long periods of time, periods. Also cause the leg/shin pain.

Thanks.
What can I do? I did use a waist support on my hips a while back.not much of any change.

Another thought, Intermittent claudication may be a pain after walking culprit and look into Raynaud's Syndrome or scleroderma.  Good luck :)

Have your physician check you out for autoimmune disorders (A/A) and also for  Stiff Person Syndrome.  A rheumatologist may be able to help identify your illness.

After. A but of digging and now understanding what you meant. It could be possible. Struggling with intermittent shoulder pain and peeling skin isn't helping but seems to make it a likely issue.
Also rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis are in my mums side with her and her mum having these issues....
Think its worth talking to go bout it. Even if its just to rule it out.

Thanks again.

Sounds like a connective tissue disorder.  Like the ligaments or  tendons are torn somehow.   I would recommend seeing a rheumatologist to rule out an auto immune disease.

   Wishing you the best

Hi
Thanks for the comment.
I'd never heard of the q angles before, but look at it, doubtful as I have no problem with my knees. Bar stiffness. But they don't hurt when my hips and shins do.

But still maybe something i'll mention to docs.

Sorry to hear about your problems.
Have you ever had any of your doctors check your femurs to see if their Q angles are correct or within what they consider the normal range. If the angles are not "correct" they can cause knee and hip problems. I do not know if this is what is causing your problems or not, but just something you might want to rule out.
