light headed everyday around the same time

for about 10 days I have been light headed from 10:30-1:30 everyday. I eat the same breakfast, lunch and dinner, nothing in that area has changed, but the lightheadness seem to be lasting longer by 10 mintues. First it ws for 45 min, now its seem to be getting longer. Any thoughts:

You say you eat the same breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday?  Are you eating a balanced meal each time? If you are eating pancakes with syrup every morning, you could have hypogycemia.  Your blood sugar would go down and that would make you dizzy, woozy, weak and shaky.  Perhaps you should see a dietician to help you make good choices... And are you taking supplements?  My Mom is 94 and takes:  Magnesium, Cod Liver oil, Flaxseed, Apple Cider, and Milk thistle.  She is healthier than I.
