And like my body was like almost kinda numb tired. I went to the bathroom and i shivered little because it is cold. Went to bed and tried to sleep with blankets on. it wasnt that cold but, My body then shivvered hard hands legs at the same time. It stops for a couple of secs and shiver very hard harder for a long ten minute plus. Feltlike my body craved uncontrolably shivering. It was like uncontrol head nerve seziure or something my body is craving? at the time told my parents bring me to the ER. i couldnt stop the shivering like seziure/ but it then stopped. lasted for like ten plus minutes.
Ive had that weird waking attack for three days . also when i would walk and had to go to the bathroom or move then lay down Attacks weird sensations. I fall asleep now to a doctor prescribed pill but still feel junk like a zombie.

My eye lids seem to also get worse . The worst is that i feel this head sensations inside and pulsing. I have lots of floaters and vision feel floaty sometimes my head burnning. One time at work i was standing and my body felt like it went down forward my vision but i was still. I sleep at night but still. Feel all sensations now i feel really weak fatigued head sensations. i usually eat atleast 3 times a day. but its like if i skip a meal if feel super weak and worse. like at work or sometimes my stomach feel acidy. so i try to eat alot and keep dehydrated. it's not an Emergency so stay calm but you need to see a Specialist and do blood tests.  what pill did the doctor give you? do not take psychotropic drugs.

You should do full blood count, ESR, to start of with then see a Neurologist. the cold feeling and shivering could be Neurological brain/spinal cord especially if it gets worse at night without daylight. do you have neck/back pain?

also do full eye examination. there might be something affecting your optical nerves/muscles. self-test with a simple neurological test, the Romberg's test, look it up on Youtube to see how it's done.

what do you mean with "keep dehydrated" ? you don't feel like drinking or you don't want to? do you have bladder/bowel symptoms? regular heart beat and blood pressure?

is this problem still going on? because i was taking blood pressurepills before i got pregnant and they switched me during pregnancy and back on the first ones after baby and every since i've started taking it again i've been feeling bad.  weird feelings in my head, hot spots (burning like), like sharp MILDpains in different areas of my head. sometimes i'd feel faint but dnt faint. so my doc says she doesnt think i need the pills anymore because i have been losing weight so i hadnt been on for a week and still feel that way its weird and they say nothing is wrong with me. but i;m scared had 3 people in my family with brain anursyms (cant spell lol) and they all deal with high blood pressure but theirs isnt a wieght issue like mines. my doc has me going to see a cardiologist but im dumb founded because i keep complaing about my head not my chest, seems like now i've been having sinus problems as well.

It could be blood sugar issues , the lightheadedness, maybe low blood sugar, hypoglycemia, especially as you say you feel bad if you skip a meal, when you feel like this eat a carb maybe some candy or juice see if you feel better .

I defiantly recommend going to the ER or your family physician. It sounds like it could be anything from seizures to w/draws from medications to extreme migaranes or maybe inner ear problems. Go see a professional ASAP. Family doctor will likely charge you less than the ER if you are self-pay.
