Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Unexplained aches and pains could be due to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, anemia, liver disorders, diabetes, hypothyroidism, Vit B12 or Vit D deficiency and due to calcium or magnesium deficiency. It can also be due to sleep related disorders.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!

Why are they waiting until March 3rd?  My 11 yr old son had lesions on the brain and spine in November and has a few since then.  Had your same symptoms.  Put him on high doses of prednisone.

this could be a number of things mine where through damaged nerves in my neck,it is good that you are having a mri on your spine as it could be nerve related there,in the meantime please try to relax because stress and tension inflicts the pain in the muscles and causes more pain.
