low temperature and other symptoms

I have been feeling unwell for a while. My first round of blood tests showed I was slightly anemic and b12 deficient. I started taking b12 supplements, and felt better for a couple days, and then got worse. My body temperature is much lower than normal (between 94.1 and 95.6 instead of my normal 97ish), I get dizzy and light headed often, my heart often races when I stand up, my legs hurt like crazy, and I often get shaky. Unfortunately my doctor says they are just panic attacks, but I really don't think they are. Can you recommend anything to test for?

Thyroid disorders and lyme disease.

Lyme disease can cause thyroid disorders, adrenal fatigue,  blood sugar problems, IBS, fatigue, muscle pain, many more plus what you have listed It is difficult to get an accurate result from today's testing but I would get tested anyway. If you need to check into this more thoroughly then seek out a lyme disease specialist. They are hard to find out west but there are a few. You should get tested through Igenex labs by going to a lyme disease specialist. Go to Lymenet.org

Have you or your Dr mentioned diabetes, I recognize some of your symptoms in my mother who is diabetic. Other then that I'd look into nutrition for other things your body may be lacking in. I am anemic as well but I don't have the same symptoms.
