lower admominal pain when urinating

I have been having lower left abdominal pain when i urinate, also general pain and tenderness above pelvic bone for 2 days.  Today i started getting severe heartburn whenever I eat.  Any ideas?  Please?

Hello,

Various possibilities are there for your symptoms.Such kind of pain can be due to infections of the urethra, bladder, or kidneys (urinary tract infections) ,Sexually transmitted infections of the genitourinary tract,pelvic inflammatory disease in females,fibroids,ovarian cysts,ectopic pregnancy or endometriosis in females,interstitial cystitis of the urinary bladder,irritable bowel syndrome or prostatitis in males.

Investigations like complete urine examination and culture,cervical swabs and ultrasound and CT abdomen are needed to confirm a diagnosis.A urologist will be the best person to guide you.
