lump in left side of neck

hi.. i have had a lump in my neck now for about 3-4 months.. visited doctors surgery twice. seen two different doctors.. first one said he thinks its a sebaceous cyst.. second one said its nothing to worry about.. he gave me blood tests which came back normal.. what should i do.

its hard, i can hardly grab hold of it now, can just feel the bump..

My son has his lump on the left side of his neck for 2 years now and all doctor's have done for him is sent him for blood work aswell.  Is you lump mobile? Feel firm to the touch?
